Well the first business I need to point out is obviously my friends (the one I talk about in the post on the SL website) She owns a Job Agency called Job Connect. She helps people the best she can. She's never rude, will always reply to you and just generally has a great heart (she's going to kill me now for making her avi so public ahaha) If anyone is looking to advertise a job they need filled, consider going to her "new" location! Her group is also growing daily and she doesn't charge employer's to send notices! 300 plus members and to get a tag to send notices IM her Shayla Blackheart.

Can I just put in a plug for Rain Coalcliff?? She's been my landlord more than once, Impeccable landscaping and SIM management and she's been in business over 3 years has some of the original renters too. HIGHLY reccomend her!
As for textures well if you license through 3D Concepts you know all the textures are legit and that the business was not founded on selling ripped off textures from video games, etc.
You can use textures from 3D Concepts without any worries of take down orders and in confidence that your works won't be disappearing from your customers' inventories because you bought an unlicensed texture.
